Hours of Operation: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
The Beach will open 7 days a week beginning Saturday, May 23, 2026 (Memorial Day weekend) through Sunday, August 11, 2026.

Admission to the water park is included in beach admission price.
BEACH RULES
- Children 16 and under must be accompanied by adult.
- Free admission for Lake Lure residents. Must show valid proof of ID (NC Driver's License of ID card with address).
- Groups of 20+ receive $1 off admission price (group must be paid for in single transaction).
- Pets are not allowed on the beach.
- Lifeguards on duty.
- No refunds due to bad weather.
- Outside water balloons are not permitted.
- Coolers are permitted, however glass bottles and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
- Grills are not permitted.
- Oversized floats are not permitted.
- Snorkels are not permitted.
- Proper beach attire required. Material must be designed for swimming and consist of tops and bottoms.
RETAIL STORE
Our on site beach house sells towels, chairs, sunscreen, floats, toys, and more. Water balloons may be purchased at beach house for water wars.
